Tiffany Prior is the owner of the most established modelling agency in Durban, South Africa called Ice Model Management Durban. She is also a leading Fashion Show producer in KwaZulu- Natal and and has produced many fashion shows in collaboration with Gateway Theatre of Shopping, The Platinum Group, Musgrave Centre, Polo South Africa, The Space, Sheetal in India and various South African Designers like Colleen Eitzen, The Holmes Brothers, Terrence Bray, Gideon, Darkie, among others.

To develop the Durban fashion industry, Prior involved herself in various activities with regard to fashion: (1) acted as the fashion programme director for the Vodacom Durban July, (2) has helped build the Fashion Challenge into a national event, (3) works annually with the fashion department at the Durban University of Technology, as she feels very strongly that the fashion heroes of tomorrow are to be found in the schools and technikons around South Africa; and (4) has been involved with the Durban Designer Collections in various capacities since 1997.

Ice Model Management is the leading modelling agency in Durban and is located in Cape Town and Johannesburg, making it the only truly national model management group in the country.
