Glitter refers to tiny pieces of decorative sparkle material used as embellishment can be attached/pasted to certain areas of a dress, top, gown, etc. for a sparkling effect or incorp orated with other embellishments such as embroidery. Adding Glitters to a clothing item is an inexpensive was to add glamour and glitz to any clothing item, like a gown, a top and even a hoodie design.

Author's Note! During my first arrival in my new home in Europe, I was able to buy a hoodie with a nice decorated flowers designed and embellished by glitters. It has become one of my favorite hoodies, though I seldom use it now because I want to save the glitters, I just keep it in my memory box.
