Dooney & Bourke
Dooney & Bourke is a business started by Peter Dooney and Frederic Bourke selling belts and suspenders in Connecticut in 1975. The two (2) expanded their Line to include handbags in 1981 and over the years, they have expanded their lines to other accessories, such as Key ring, business/calling card holder, checkbook organizer, purse/bags all of which were done using leather and to some clothing. All Weather Leather which was their signature material was first released in 1983. It is a waterproof cowhide, produced by a secret process, and marked with their duck logo.
