Jean Bousquet refers to the founder of design label and company "Cacharel" . Jean Bousquet was born in France in 1932. He trained to be a tailor. and worked for 2 years as a designer before founding his own design label in 1962, naming it Cacharel after a type of wild duck.
Cacharel clothes are known for being light and informal, to provide elegance for the modern, young woman. The Cacharel lines have expanded into menswear, childrenswear, accessories, perfumes, and housewares.
