Podium refers to a Boutique in Moscow which opened in 2005. Podium houses a staggering line-up of international brands from Balenciaga to homegrown Talent like Alena Akhmadullina, one

of the rising Russian fashion designers

Podium is Moscow's fashion Mecca: it is the Russian metropolis' answer to the Paris' Colette and Milanese 10 Corso Como. The store takes you by surprise first of all with its sheer size: three floors, high ceilings, velvet drapes, carpeted stairs, opulent yet well thought out design. The selection is outstanding and in excellent taste: collections for men and women, accessories, niche perfume brands, interior objects. As you take a look around, the stereotype of Moscow's superficial glamour and obsession with loud brand names crumbles before your very eyes. It is nothing but the best of the very best at this store: Paul Smith, Ann Demeulemeester, Comme des Garcons, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen - all in all some 400 brands, including Russian designers. Podium also boast a knowleadge staff.

It is located in 14 Kuznetsky Most and open daily from 11:0 to 23:00.
