Bobbin may refer to the following:

- a cylinder or spindle on which yarn or thread is wound, as spindle found in a sewing machine;
- any of various small round devices on which t hreads are wound for working handmade lace; and
- a coil of insulated wire or the reel it is wound on.

Bobbin also refers to a cotton cord formerly used by dressmakers for piping.
