Cross Trainer refers to a type of Shoe designed to perform in a variety of functions to meet the needs of multi-sport challenges. If a person wants to jog, run, walk, bike, and engag e in several sport activities, a Cross Trainer shoe is a good one to use. Cross Training refers to the activities of an athlete that trains or exercises in a variety of sports.

Author's Note: My brother who is a Physical Therapist and a Personal Trainor said that I should not use an ordinary sport shoes if I want to do brisk walking or run. He said if I want to run and then engage in aerobics, it is better that I buy a Cross Trainer which I can use for several fitness activities I want to engage to.
