Knee Highs
Knee Highs refer to short Hosiery that comes up to just below the knee. Some Knee Highs are styled with elastic tops and stay up without the help of garters. They became very popular with the advent of women's slacks. Knee High Socks are also a style of socks that reaches to the knee.
