Dichroic Glass
Dichroic Glass refers to a type of glass which contains multiple micro-layers of metal oxides. This gives the glass reflective optical properties. Dichroic Glass was originally devel oped by NASA for use in satellite optics and spacesuit visors, but is now used in the manufacture of jewelry - particularly pendants.
