Moleskin refers to a densely woven cottonfabric that is brushed on the surface to produce a suede -like effect. It is so called "Moleskin" because it is said to resemble the fur of a mole. Moleskin has become a popularsportswear fabric used in everything from pants to sportcoats to underwear.
