Bouffant Sleeve refers to a type of sleeve described as a larger version of the Puff Sleeve.

Bouffant Sleeve is also called Balloon Sleeve or Bubble Sleeve.

Author's Note:
Rihanna was spotted lately with a futuristic hourglass look with this Louis Vuitton silver puff sleeve top and pink skirt, Drew Barrymore was also spotted with a figure-hugging Giambattista Valli dress with voluminous sleeves. I think these dresses have both Bouffant Sleeves because they are much bigger and puffier than an ordinary Puff Sleeve.
