Halter Top refers to a sleeveless shirt that meets on the Top of the neckline creating a high choke or wrap neck and is normally backless. It is a short Top that exposes upper back a nd shoulders. It is a sleeveless short top that is held in place by a narrow band of cloth that goes around the back of the neck.
