Muu-Muu refers to a woman's loose, brightly coloured dress that orginated from Hawaii. It is a shapeless unbelted dress often worn as maternity dress by some women, however, it can s lo be worn as a house dress and for sometime it became fashionable, too to wear a Muu-Muu.
Muu-Muu is also spelled Muumuu or Mumu.
