Peplos
Peplos refers to the outer garment worn by women in Ancient Greece. It was a large rectangle of material fastened over each shoulder with a fibulae. Peplos is described as half- or fu ll-length loose outer robe usually two (2) lengths of fabric pinned at the shoulders worn by women in ancient Greece.
